The move went smoothly, and we love our new apartment. This is the first place we've ever lived where the fridge was made in the last decade as opposed to the 1970's. A white fridge is much more preferable to a brown or puce colored fridge (yes, puce) when one gets a hankerin' to cook or consume food.
I've also been doing something I haven't done in quite some time: Quilting. I've already made two baby quilts (pictured below), and they are already up for sale in my shop online (click here).

I'm so glad you are enjoying Moscow. I've been praying for you and your transition.
I'm also really glad you started quilting again! You do the most beautiful work. Did you use a fancy quilting machine to make the swirly design? (I don't know anything about quilting)
oh how I long for some more ann quilting time. I see another trip in my near future. Miss you friend! Glad you are enjoy moscow better this time around :- ) {hugs}*
Thanks, friends! Jackie, I just use a standard sewing machine. When I was much younger I always had this great desire to learn to quilt. So, after I graduated from college years ago, I took a class and the rest is history.
